The forms required to prepare an application for the Strategic Occupations component of the BC PNP are provided below in electronic format (PDF).

Please refer to the appropriate Application Checklist to ensure that your application package includes all of the necessary forms, supporting documentation, and the processing fee, and that this material assembled in the proper order. The checklist must be completed and submitted with your application.

The BC PNP will only accept and process applications that are
   complete and are accompanied by the $550 processing fee.

Federal Citizenship and Immigration Canada Forms

Only submit a copy of these forms to the BC PNP. Photos and police certificates are NOT required by the BC PNP

Do NOT submit any of the federal forms to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) until you receive the written Confirmation of Acceptance of your nomination. The BC PNP will provide nominees with instructions on submitting their federal forms to CIC.
